oooo heaven is a place on earth.

sunday wanderings with my girls to chandler markets and a little second hand shop proved to be very fruitful.

china rose ornament. not useful, just beautiful.

haven't found so much vintage sheet loveliness in forever. bargain prices too. love that.

  3. Brilliant finds that's for sure. Especially love Shot #2 - that fabric and table cloth are divine and also the pillow cases are so sweet... And I love all the mugs and jugs. Funny, I don't often see those types down here in Sydney. I adore them. Pruxxx P.S. Don't you think they just had a way with colours back then? And these are usually beautiful, thick cottons.

  7. I was originally going to comment on the beautiful florals and lovely rose ornament until I scrolled down and saw the orange poppy cups and cake plates - I have these! I bought a sugar bowl with the pattern almost 7 years ago at a Gold Coast op shop, and found four matching cups at a tip shop near Nambucca, NSW, about 2 years ago. Am coveting those cake plates...

  14. you must have some great oppies around you!!! i have some of those sheets but in different colours...been wanting more purple sheets...i can only find blue or yellow floral sheets around me. good thrifting!
