I have a been a big fan of Sophie from 'Her Library Adventures' (and founder of the ever popular 'flea market finds') and her wanderings for some time, so of course i jumped at the chance of sharing a favourite recipe with her lovely readers this week. I just looked. I can't believe you shared the recipe for home made monte carlos. I am trying to be so good right now and avoid sugar but I have a weakness for monte carlo biscuits!!! I'm going to have to make them now. And thanks for your lovely comment in my anonymous comment caper. Kellie xx

I went over to this post and wrote down your recipe, and after a day of disasters, decided to make these for a pot-luck dinner on Friday...HUGE success!
