a steamy & stormy saturday afternoon was spent celebrating the impending arrival of nadia's second little bub. her daughter, sofia, 18 months, is just divine. lots of cuddles and conversations (ok, just lots of playing with my fridge magnets and 'ta', but it was special none the less!) to last me a while. grandparents, little ones, friends, sludgy brownie bites and mint rose cupcakes made for a delightful afternoon. here are a few pics of the yummy delights we indulged in. i seriously love setting up these displays, and doing this for nadia was perfect, she's more than worthy of every spoonful of honey in her soy creme brulee tea. yum!

Wonderful!! I'm sure Nadia loved it! You are more than welcome regarding my comments. Blogging is so weird isn't it. Some blogs you just connect with. For me with your blog, I adore the way your passion rules your posts. We have a mutual respect for all things old and quirky. I love the way you give them a new life too. Hope you're having a restful night. Pruxxx
