loveshack.

i've had a beautiful last weekend in brisbane. danced all night with friends to 90's music on friday night which left me a little tired on saturday. think B52's, mark morrison, blur and sir mix-a-lot. of course my bestie and i were still able to summon the strength to have some yummy breakfast in stones corner and have a ferret around the nearby lifeline. i found a couple of treasures...the flour cannister and plate you see below. I was also given some gifts on friday night as i'll be celebrating my birthday whilst i'm in san francisco so early presents are always a surprise! Beautiful flowers, a scarf, kitsch tape and a retro yellow glass jar FULL of $1 US notes! If you read a post i did a few weeks ago you'll see just how much i love my glass cannisters and yellow ones at that! Perfection. Only 6 more sleeps to go and i'll be off to the US..i'm getting very excited indeed. Have a great week everyone. x

I love the flour cannister too but that jar is perfection. Especially what's in it!! You're going to need as many of those as you can get!! Love hearing about your weekends in Brisbane. It's where I grew up and will always have a soft spot for it. Kindest, Pruxxx

I love the flour canister.....I have a bit of a 'thing' for vintage canisters. I hope you have a fabulous trip to the US, have heaps of fun and spend all of your money on treasures so that you can come back and tell us all about them.
On another note.....I love love loved the roses interior feature is this issue of notebook magazine. xo
