hello! popped over to the markets this morning for a wander and i managed to pick up a few fabric treats. have been cross stitching and watching friends for most of the day, sitting as close to the fan as possible. it's sweltering here in brisbane and my british blood does not handle these temps so well. also had a lovely chat with mama in sf, where it's rainy and cold...when's the next flight? i've been a bit of a homebody this weekend but after the first week back at work, i felt i really needed it. with a few things planned this week, i'm excited to be back on my game. happy sunday all.
delicious fabric placemats, found 3 of the yellow floral, 1 of the blue floral. love an eclectic mix.

Love the dress! Where did you find that? I know what you mean about the heat, have been melting here in Brisbane today also!

like everyone else I LOVE that dress, it's gorgeous!
Love the lollipop flowers and the gorgeous floral dress.
Ergh. My British blood is truly struggling too. It's still hot and it's night time!
That dress will look sooooo pretty on you!
LOVING the dress! so very pretty and gosh yes it was sweltering in Brissie today: good day for drying though but thankful for work and aircon tomorrow!
Seriously envious of all that lovely fabric and really loving the pretty dress.
I know it's been said, but that dress was an awesome find! It's gorgeous! Glad to hear work is back to normal or as best as it can be. Have a lovely week!
You have a great eye for finding stunning prints. I love that dress.

Thanks for visiting my blog, and your lovely comment. Grandma's truly are the best people. My lovely Nanny Olga only passed away last week, so it's feeling very raw still. She had a good long (90 yrs) life though and I'm sure she's loving catching up with everyone. I love the photo of Kit and Nancy on here. So sweet!
