love is...

...taking a long weekend. shopping for the perfect vintage dress. cuddles with my favourite little one. breakfasting at kinfolk. eating my body weight in baked goods. wanting to eat more than more body weight in baked goods. colourful street art. ferreting in lost & found heaven. being mistaken for a mother. chats over cider and lemonade. lullabies and crappy chinese takeout. beautiful sunshine. florals that make my heart beat faster. mona & moustaches. reuniting with old friends over perfect lattes. spending far too much on the perfect vintage dress. love is melbourne.

My god you should produce travel brochures. If you are ever going again, can I come? I loved every photo and was that an Acland St cake shop photo in there? All the colour and prettiness and sunshine and love your fabric and yep we all need more detail. Perhaps and vintage lovers tour guide to Melbourne- perhaps you can sell this to Melbourne tourism and get yourself a sponsered visit to go back! melx

I haven't been to melbourne for YEARS. Not since the small, noisy one was born. Actually, I think it was pre-marriage.
Melbourne cake shops = BLISS.
